About the Treatment:
Maria was treated Damon System Self-Ligating Brackets with thermal wires. She was so lovely but had a really narrow smile and thin lips.

I did not extract! Sometimes extraction are necessary but never in this case withe such a retrusive profile and thin lips. If i would extract Maria’s face would age prematurely. So here she is now with a lovely, awesome smile and no extractions!
