About the Treatment:
Francisco was my first Insignia Digital Customized Self-ligating appliance patient and actually the first in Portugal!
His mother,Cristina, is a sweetheart and trusted me to treat him well with this new technique although she knew he was the first! He has a sweet spot in my heart because he was so patient and helpful as i acquired the skills necessary to bond his brackets.
He had 2 impacted canines and required surgery to bring them down.

After 1,5 years in treatment we finished his smile beautifully!I would have still liked to do some adjustments but Francisco wanted his braces off!
